I am on a mission trying to find a solution to this problem. I have contacted several dealers and they can't figure it out either. They have torn the axles out and trannys apart and found no reason for it and said there has been no damage to parts in the noisy ones. Now I have damage! First I need to find a good replacement and not at Polaris prices and next a fix to keep from happening again. I am going to try to align bearings and splines on both sides.
