TrailBlazer 250 question
I'm re-building my wife's TB after our neighbor grenaded the motor. It's an 03, and had some lite mods. Rick Ritter has been a huge help. I figured that I would go ahead and get his ported head and shaved head (little more compression). Here's where I need the help....
Had to split the case and get all the shavings out. While trying to split the case (what a pain in the ****!!!) I mushroomed the very end of the crank on the clutch side. I need to know how far the clutch drive head goes on to the crank. I'm not sure if I'm getting it all the way on. I'm sure someone on this site has the answer. I'll be calling Rick first thing in the morning, but I just thought that I would give it a shot as a post. I'm a DS guy, but would truly appreciate some Polaris Help.
