You can safely go til it floats as long as you don't rock it....lol....really you shouldn't get water up near the carb...without a snorkel kit you'll suck air in to the air box or carb and cause all kinds of problems....

Default how deep can i go?

i had a problem yesterday when i was going through some water. when i came out of the water hole it felt like the chain came of, i would give it full throttle but it would only move like 2mph. after awhile it finally went back to normal. the water wasnt even up to the floorboards, but i was hitting numerous holes going pretty fast. it has done this to me a couple of times, but only when i go through water.

sounds like you are getting your belt wet.

you might check out your snorkel tube on the clutch cover. also check your clutch cover seal.

u might also wanna check your belt cuz if u got it wet and spun it like that u may have smoked it. so u might want to invest in a new one.
