O.K. my wife and I are going riding this weekend. She is yelling at me to get her 25" tires and take off the 26" mudrunners. She is tired of tires rubbing and rough ride...

I am getting 25" Bearclaws. They are supposed to be as smooth a ride as stock (on hardpacked) with tons more traction. Plus the rears are 12.5 inches wide for increased stability.

What do you guys think? Anybody know the "real" heigth of these tires? I am ordering from the dealer at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning...

I have Bearclaws and they do have a good ride. They have been excelent tires and I would highly reccomend them. Chaparral Racing had the best price with a pair of 25" tires delivered for $116. They have adds in Dirt Wheels magazines.

Weedy, do they ride as smooth as stock? I was worried that the front ones would bite too much like my mudrunners. Maybe because my mudrunners were wider than stock up front.

I have them on my Kodiak, I love them, smooth ride and tons of traction. Just don't ride across the lawn with them.

Thanks! They are probably smoother than mudrunners of the same size I would suppose.

Im running 26 inch Mudrunners all the way around on my 00 Xplorer.I had to install the rubber spring spacers in the front springs so the tires would'nt rub the plastic on hard bumps.Try it,===Bill
