I just use my head, and look everything over before I go riding......I also check most of the bolts and fluids too......but I do a little different riding than you.......there is a log in your manual I think.........or you could make one(like a checklist) on excel.........you also have the hour meter on your quad, which I don't have, but it is useful for telling when to change the oils.....and do other things too.......

I use the same method. If what everyone says is true, I've got plenty of storage space in my head. Oil change every season change, grease after every/every other ride, spray the chain every ride and change the counter balance oil on my birthday. Look them over when I'm loading them, and agian when we load up to leave.

I personally use BRAP BRAP and love it: https://appsto.re/us/4KXSjb.i
The way I keep track of my maintenance is to let the dealer do it and I keep the paperwork. I have a file folder for nothing but maintenance paperwork for my truck too. I put the new papers on top so it's all in chronological order. It's low tech but it works for me.
