Maybe that does the same thing. What i am talking about is a cap that goes over the tip of the muffler, with just a 1/8" hole in the center. I think the only purpose was so that if your kid got hurt, you couldnt sue polaris (Well did you modify the quad at all? I did remove that little cap..) because the quad was just about unridable with it on. A 3" bump in front of the tire would keep it form moving, even at full throttle.

 

Well, I have it hidden in my cousins garage, so I hav't checked out the exhause cap yet. But I did take it for a spin down the drive way. It's seemed to pull me around fairly well. Though the thumb throttle screw has it limited to about half throttle.

 

If it moved you, maybe it doesnt have one. The thumb throttle limiter is a nice feature.
