I asked my dealer about upgrading a 500 to an HO. He said he had heard something about it. He also told me that about all the HO is, is the bigger carb and cam of a Scrambler. Does this sound right? Would sure love to make my 500 6x6 Big Boss an HO!

I'm working on getting a HO parts kit available for a special price. Have the price down pretty low, right now am checking availability.

Chopper,

Would this just be an engine upgrade or all around?

I personally would be more interested in upgrading the steering and aspects of the 2001 that make it more watertight than upgrading the engine.

A couple of guys on this forum already make steering extensions. Do a search and check 'em out. As for water proofing I think if you just make sure yours is sealed good there should be no problems. I am going to deal only in the engine parts.
