Anyone out there give me a tip or two on diagnosing why my right front wheel isnt engaging when i need four wheel drive? Are there any steps I should take in order when searching for my problem? How do I deternmine if I'm sending an electrical signal/pulse to the clutch unit? Help!!

 

Do a search, this comes up a lot. THe first thing everyone will say is to check/change your hub oil. I think you can check for 12v on the coil wires when awd is on, but i am not certain. Also, the castle nut inside may need adjustment. Like I said, a search will definitely help you, this issue happens pretty often.

EDIT: Also, it would be quite helpful if you told us if you have an 04.5 or later quad; they have a different hub setup (for the sportsmans).
