Default 700 EFI Temp Gauge??

Anyone have any pics of a nice Water temp gauge installation. The fan on my 700 run alot and I would like to keep an eye on the Temp, would like it to look like a factory set up, not something a 3 year old did.

Just looking for some ideas and where to buy the gauge.

you can go to the local autozone or walmart and get a mini temp gauge kit, I think those kits come with all the stuff to make it work. I have the stuff at the GM proving grounds to tap in a thermocouple fitting and a thermocouple to read the temp. I never thought of doing this but would be a great idea. I may have to look into it myself.

Since you work for GM and all do you have any information on the 2006 Chevy Silverado that you could let leak? JW

I run a stewart warner on my 400, but its not real water resistant. Its supposed to be a marine version, but I dont think it is.
Hi-lifter makes one that I think is waterproof.

well for the most part all I ever see is alot of vehicles in the leather camoflauged covers as far as body stuff goes. I am in the V6 powertrain group so I don't deal with the truck group much but I do know they have been installing V10's in the trucks. they have been experimenting with the grand prix's with V10's also.

Very cool. Is this going to be GM's answer to the Dodge Viper? Sounds bad a$$.

not sure but I do know that they are having problems with the ign. coils due to having a coil per plug so instead of running one engine controller they have to run two engine controllers.
