I don't have any, but those look very useful. I have a gas tank bag that I always have stuffed full. Only problem I would see with those is that they would both go under in the mud. I know that as long as my engine's still running, my storage bag is dry. If mine gets dunked, a wet map is probably the least of my problems.

I am always looking for more storage space on my ATV. I like those Polaris front and rear boxes, they match so well, but they are so overpriced.

Polaris sells a fender bag, single bag, I was thinking of putting one on, but may opt for the tank bag, the one the that goes over the gas filler. I don't want any straps hanging around, looks like you basically tied the straps to the rack, i want something hidden...

Very very nice. Does your knee hit it?

I think if I ever get a bag I would either get the rear bag to go behind the seat or the two up composite seat/storage combo.

Elkbow- the gas tank bag is very nice. Uses space that otherwise is completely unused, and it has two bungie straps that stay flush against the machine. It has fairly limit storage though, maybe 10"x10"x3". And it has a layer of clear plastic on the top that you can slide a map under, very useful. Its one of those little things that really make a difference, but it may not for you because your 05 already has a bit of storage.

I had bought them for both mine and my wife on our other quads we had. They were very very handy but we ended up not using them a whole lot. They were more of a sponge for mud. It was an extra thing to clean. If you don't go anywhere where there is a bunch of mud they were great. We had the polaris ones. I believe they had a soda holder, and that came in handy!

Tyler, are you talking about the single bag that goes on top or the bag that goes on each side of the gas tank, dual bags? The dual is what i'm looking at....

thanks,

I am not talking about the saddle bags, I am talking about the single bag that sits on the top. I've never used the saddle bags.

ah, I had thought about the top tank bag but it looks like it would hit my legs somewhat....the saddle bags (certain ones) have a water bottle holder which I thought would be good for rides to drink (water) and drive....
