I'm racing the stock class, so I'm very limited on what I can do. Both racks and rear storage was removed (40lbs). Then put Pro Taper handle bars with 909 grips, Pro Design tether cord and Polaris red hanguards. Front brush guard, Dalton blue spring, K&N fiter, 25" Bighorn radials on stock rims. Still waiting on Shockwares shock covers and my belly skid. I have to find out though if I can use the Dalton spring and K&N filter. If not I will put the stock back in. Then I made a custom front rack out of 1/8" HPDE plastic to cover up the front. I got my 800 with-in 80lbs of my KQ set up the same way.

Yes they are 25". They were the same height or even a smidge taller then the PXT tires. Bighorns run true to there size. I just got them yesterday, so have not tried yet.

Are those 25" Bighorns, they look bigger than that. How do they ride at high speeds?

You could loose a lot of weight (and protection unfortunately) removing the brush guard bumper.

hit a tree this past weekend with my 800 going slow. had the brushguard on. the right wing on the brushguard smashed the front plastic bumper. it does seem flimsy on the outsides. but the center is rugged. bumper is 129.00. I bet it saved me over twice that amount.

The center seems nice and strong, but I literally tapped a tree with the left wing and it bent back and cracked my rack. Nothing major, or even noticable, and I bent the guard right back. But I think the tube bumper would have held up better; without any bumper there probably would have been no damage.
