400 Piston Skirt Breakage

Yes,
I have repaired a 1999 and 2000 scrambler 400, with both of the piston skirts breaking and getting jammed between the crank weights and casing (breaking a hole in the casing). I recommend if you have a stock piston in your Polaris, immediately change it to aftermarket!
