Once again ... the weather man said 4 to 7 of snow tonight ... well i'm up and looking out side ... nothing but rain! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I want to ride in the snow! I guess i'll just go back to bed.


(yes ... i don't live in chicago ... i'm 60 miles southwest of the city ... but there was to be snow all over northern IL)

About 4" of snow up hear so far but it is hovering around 31 degrees......

 

Sunny and 70 here. Rode all day yesterday in the mountains. Just joking with you. I used to live in northern IL, McHenry for over 40 years. Couldn't find good snowmobile riding anymore and got tired of the weather. Our tough time of the year is coming, 115+ degrees, but it's a dry heat! You just boat and sit in the water or by the pool, wouldn't trade it for anything. Don't worry the rain will stop and then it will snow, then melt, etc.

 

i was trying to get out today to break-in the KLR650....but raining again, just put it back in the garage....i bet the mountains here are getting a ton of snow, I know they were saying 12-24" of snow in the higher elevations...
