The 700 EFI WILL NOT easily lift the front wheels off the ground, without a good tug on the handlebars. However, it should have good acceleration.
I would suggest a clutch kit from Heelclicker or Dalton. Should get what you are looking for....

If you are going to buy a clutch kit I would recommend the Heel clicker. I really helps with belt slipping when you are nailing the throttle out of the hole. I was cleaning my clutch yesterday when I decided to try the orange spring that came with the Heel cliker kit (I have been running the polaris blue/green spring) it ups your engagement a few hundered rpms. I can nail it in low range and it will come up 2 1/2 to 3 feet without pulling on the handle bars. I can put it in high range and nail it and it might come off the ground a foot without pulling on the handle bars if I'm lucky. If I pull back on the handle bars at the right time in high range it will stand stright up. I do also have motor mods that help me do this but the clutch plays a big part in it.
