Default seconday clutch settings

can anybody tell me how to adjust the seconday clutch on my scrambler 500. i put a clutch kit in it but took it out do to problems and i cant figure out how put it back to 100% origional settings. i put it back together once and i know for a fact its not right because the 4-wheeler just falls flat on its face when you get on it. if anybody has any sugestions or a website i could go to i would appriciate it. ,thanks

does not sound like you wound your secondary a 1/3 of a turn that will cause it to run like a slug

You need to preload the spring by turning the sheave 1/3 turn counter clockwise then pushing it together. It may take an extra set of hands to do it.

If you ride mostly trails, then go with the 2-2 setting
