Default Another question on tire size

I am hoping to purchase some new tires and wheels and I've decided that I'm going to order Dirt Devils on ITP Type 4-C wheels. I have an '01 Xplorer 400 4x4. Stock tire size is 25x8x12(f) 25x11x10(r). The set I'm looking at has the same tire size for the front but the rear wheels are 25x10x12. What will be the difference in sizes for the rear? Bigger rim, less rubber?

The rim is bigger with less tire like you said.
