Anyone that has more to end tricks for the sp twins, post then here to help out others. So many people are PM me looking for set ups, I would also like to see what other people are trying.
700 carb, go with 10-58 primary weights
silver primary spring
orange hot seat secondary spring
58/34 secondary helix
Awsome set up.
800 efi 10-64 primary weights
white primary spring
silver secondary spring
stock helix
may have to shave .70 grams from weights to get max rpm
Who else has got

outmaxed, tried the heel clicker set up in my sled, (JUNK) the wights were worn out by the time I got the kit dialed in to my needs.
Ive run the EPI kits in all my past quads at first, but they all lost top speed to compensate for the bottom and mid range torque u gain from them. This clutching that i listed above is a set up that I have ran and made myself. I work for polaris, and will try and remember the to get the part numbers for ya tomorrow. my kits seemed to work better than the EPI kits, with less belt fatigue and heat. My 04.5 700 carb would run 73 mph bang on the rev limiter on the gravel hard pack, awesome setup. It may vary if ur a heavier person tan myself. If ur a dry land rider,(one that could ride safely with ur airbox lid off without getting mud or water into it) u can also remove the lid, lift the need up one clip position, jet 5 sizes fatter on the main, K&n filter and a polaris or white bros pipe kit, and u will seriously have a torque monster. ONE TO BE ENVIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BBuuuutttttt not all of us are able to run all day without the lid, and have to keep it there. good luck bud

im not sure what the stock helix angle is on the 03, but the 58/34 was wrong, it was a 50/34 sorry for the mistake.. What it does, it it is a steeper angle than the stock wich makes the engine work harder to get to full ut shift. This makes ur backshift faster and more responsive to eliminate bog when on and off the throttle like tight corner riding. It is compensated by the heavier wights to maintain ur full out shift at max engine rpm.most bikes can pull it off, but have learned that not all are running tip top, and may not perform as well. Its the great thing about these bikes, keeeppppp lleeeeaaarrrrrnnnnniiiiinngggg. Always be ready to learn new tricks.

Hey there guys...
Let me tell you RMKCAC700 knows his stuff.
That 700 of his is aboustly crazy how his bike runs. I personally have put quite a few miles on it. And let me tell you it rips.
I cann't wait untill We dial in my 800 once it gets a little warmer out. Get her ready for spring.
CAN NOT WAIT.
And buy all mean the 800 is fast stock.. But that is not what i am all about, I like my stuff to run to the max performance possible.
Have a good one.
