How many of you guys invest in a set of aftermarket skid plates and swingarm guards? I was looking at some but since my Pred comes with factory installed guards, I am not sure if it will be a waste of money. The factory ones are plastic, mind you and probably won’t stop severe attacks but it is better than nothing. I had a chance to pick up a skid plate for fairly cheap and I am having second thoughts on the matching swingarm guard. I only ride mild to medium trails so I am not sure if it is worth it.
