Craftsman ATV/Motorcycle lift?
Anyone used this Craftsman ATV/Motorcycle lift? I saw the thread about the Crewline one at Sam's, but their site is down and I can't see if it still on sale. Plus, I've never had a problem with anything Craftsman, and 90 bux isnt a bad deal. It goes up to 17 inches, that seems like it would be plenty to get the wheels up. Just looking for some insight or experience.

Craftsman ATV/Motorcycle lift?
Thanks.
I have been using a regular jack, but I am an idiot and often leave it in AWD when I jack it up and then remove a wheel. Then I need to turn the wheel by hand, but can't because the front are still engaged. If I wasnt an idiot a regular jack would do just fine.
Look's like I'll be getting one of these.

I bought the Crewline jack for $77.81. It is an awesome deal because the thing is of super high quality cast aluminum construction. This makes it really light so you pick it up and move it around....hang it on the wall easily for storage etc......It also has a 1500lb capacity. If I were you....and if you have a Sam's Club locally.....I'd call to find out if they have them.
With that said......the Craftsman unit is fine and will do he same thing. It will be heavier and it's construction can't compare.....but I've never had a problem with Craftsman tools myself and you will never hear me knocking them.
My advice is to get the Crewline if it's readily availible to you........if not the Craftsman is a fine unit and will do the job well.
Good Luck, ob

Craftsman ATV/Motorcycle lift?
I previously owned the craftsman atv/motorcycle lift and it was a nice lift but didn't work as well for my 2004 700EFI as my new crewline lift does. the craftsman lift works with a footpump to lift the pads and the footpump sort of gets in the way with the floorboards. I sold my craftsman lift to buy the crewline lift from sams. I checked the samsclub website about two days ago and they still have the crewline lift on there for $77.81 and it's worth every penny. I like the fact that it is lighter and works just like a regular floor jack in that it has the single knurrled pump handle and is super smooth to roll around and move even with the weight of the atv on it. can't go wrong with the crewline lift.
