Default Brakes not releasing?

I have been trying to figure out why the brakes are so sensitive.

'97 Xplorer 500 4x4

Rolled it on Mar 4 and have been fixing the broken stuff. Last problem is the brakes are real touchy. Almost like the aren't releasing all the way. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. If you get an answer or a fix, I would appreciate a post here or an email.

I was changing the tie rods on my Trail Boss, and noticed the wheels were hard to turn, so I replaced brake pads, caliper pistons, and piston rings. They still bind the wheels up.

I am inclined to think you need to bleed the brakes since this happened after you flipped it. Even if that does not fix your problem it is still good to flush the old fluid out.

If that does not fix your problem, I would lube the caliper pins on each brake so that you know the caliper / pads are not getting hung up.

well I did the same thing rolling and flipping my 400tbr my left arm broke in half I hit so hard some how I pushed the hup in the hub strut and it did the rubbing not the brakes I had to beat the hub back off and put it back on no more rubbing. might not be your brakes!! just my 2 cents
