I am just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to put the springs on without having to disconnect the ressies, front and back? I would hate to have to pay someone to just put the springs on if it is fairly easy to do! Any info on this would be great, thanks a bunch!

 

Been a long time since I've worked on them, and my fronts are replaced with Fox Airs. Back off the adjusters, the rear needs to have the lower perch "persuaded" with a soft face mallet. Just tap gently from side to side, then it'll move up to expose a retainer ring. Someone else can chime in on the fronts....too many different quads since then. Thanks for the info, thats what I thought I heard about the back. Anyone else know about the fronts?

I guess it wasnt as hard as I thought! All it took was a couple minutes looking at it and I figured it out.
