He puts them on ebay, but same as on his site. You can always make one, I looked at his would be easy to make. The ideal thing would be to have a torch to heat and bend the steel. Even though it looks nice and smooth, you can see on the inside where he cut the 'V' into them to form to the frame and then welded and ground down. You has them painted with powdercoat. I was thinking of getting a powdercoat gun, etc. so I do some of my own stuff in powdercoat.

I'm still wondering how they do the camo. I know they use an electrostatic or electronic charge and sheets of the camo to apply. Works similar to powdercoat, but different....

I think I might try to make one we have a torch and welder and I use them almost everyday. I have to go to the local steel yard and get some flat metal to make my gas can holder to go on the rear of my 700. So while I there I will buy some extra steel for the gaurd.

I have to go down to our local steel place also....making a tire balancing setup for the motorcycle and still haven't mounted my Cepek lights, so need to make the mount for them. Also going to fabricate some luggage racks for my KLR650.....

I am currently in the process of constructing my own radiator protector...although i am doin a little different style than that of jamhard...i am just taking tubed steel and making a top and bottom then two cross memebers coming down...when i have completed and painted i will have pics of it up...the only problem is i can't think of a way to keep the small stuff from gettin without keeping a good air supply moving...

sportsman7003, when you get your gas can holder done, be sure amd post some pictures of it! I have been thinking of making one or two to go on the back of my '05... but haven't decided on how/where to mount it yet. I thought about mounting one to the center of the rear of the bicke where the supports go up to the back of the rear rack... but then it would block the access door to the tool box. And if i mounted two of them... one on each side of the back... then they would block the taillights!

Sure I will get some pics of it. I'm going to try to get started on it this weekend. I think I'm going to mount it on the left side of the atv I have a backup light on the right and the tail/break light in the center. Turkey season starts tomorrow so I will be hunting most of the day.

I was originally thinking of building from aluminum since I have a spoolgun for my Millermatic 251 and could weld the aluminum. The steel isn't that heavy though, probably twice as heavy as the aluminum, but not that bad....
