But doesnt running rich cause the plug to be wet? the plug is dry!

Try sea foam or try sta-bil. It may help you.

Sea Foaam is really hard to find here in Canada, will Stai Bil do the same thing cleaning out the carbon?

Yes it should help. The problem I feel the gas gum up the gas pump and carb. I did this last year on mine boat. It took a long time for the engines on mine boat to come alive. Once the new gas got in, the engines ran fine. I don't know you have Home depot but they sell a small tube of stuff that you add to gas lawn tool to wake up the gas from being long term storage. Why I am feeling this way to is the only thing that you have done to the atv in the last six month is, let it seat for the winter and didnot to keep the gas alive. I am right on this?

Well I started it few times, but its the same gas since the fall

Bang!!! I'm going to drain the fuel and refill with fress gas and add some sea foam this time, hopefully this helps
