Default transmission oil

I have a Haynes Polaris atv workshop manual 1985-1997 and it recommends 10w-30w motor oil api grade SG or SH for transmission . Type lll transmission, high, low, reverse 20 fl oz Type lll transmission with high and reverse 16 fl oz. Type lV transmission 32 fl oz. counterbalancer [2 stroke] fluid 10-30w engine oil 31/4 ozs. front hubs Polaris Demand Drive Hub Fluid or Type F automatic transmission fluid. Shifter selector box Polaris 0-40w engine oil or 10w non-detergent engine oil . I got the manual for my xplorer two stroke and that is what is on cover, but it says it is for two and four stroke 2 wheel drive, four wheel drive, six wheel drive.
