Default Traiblazer RCR kit w/ topend pipe

I got an 01 trailblazer, and was thinking about getting the rcr kit w/ top end pipe. How much will this pipe increase my top speed? Will i still be able to do wheelies easier than before? I want to race a blaster or raptor 350 and was wondering how my blazer w/this combanation would do against them. thanks

Man I use to have 2 -250 trailblazers and that kit will definitely help prolly give you aleast a 20%hp increase and you could definitely hold your own with a Blaster but not the 350raptor those are more powerful

oh yea top speed stock 55mph and after the kit prolly 60plus but not much more

To say you will be able to beat a blaster or 350 warrior would be very hard to say. There are too many variables.
Are the other bikes stock, What is the weight of each rider (including yourself), etc.etc. You just can't say. I am sure there are guys here with rcr kit that, yes have beaten them, but I am sure there are a few that have lost.

The RCR kit will add about 6-8 HP. that being said, it will turn your stock 22 hp machine into 28-30hp.
That is a 30% gain. That my friend will give you a different bike.

You wont even come close to beating a blaster or a raptor 350 with the RCR pipe. You need alot more than that.. If you are worried about bottom and top end then go for the HPD trail pipe with agressive clutch kit. It will give you lots of bottom end with decent top end and about 5mph gain on the top. RCR also sells HPD.

Yes the blaster is only 200cc but it revs like crazy, very light, very quick for 200cc. The raptor 350 is fast but is also a 6 speed tranny. Stock a blaster will do just over 55mph. The warrior will do around 63-65mph. With my AAEN stage5 kit on my 250 I could do about 67-69 mph. Not much faster then the raptor but it got there much quicker then the raptor. The 250 motor has alot of potential but dont expect to be a speed demon for just a few hundred dollars.

Get the HPD trail pipe. You will be much happier with that.

so the hpd trail pipe will give me more performance than any of the rcr pipes? the reason i want the top end pipe is because we do alot of riding on dirt rodes, and i ride a raptor 350, sportsman 500 non ho, a dvx, and a kodiak 400, and when i ride with them i have to keep my machine to the bar all the time, and i still dont keep up haha. What can i do to increase my top end speed and kill my performance in the bottom-mid range? i was thinking going with the rcr kit and the hpd trail pipe, but also regearing.

i don't want to change your mind or anything away from what you need but,if you do run with those 4x4 quads,a top end pipe will not deliver
what you wish best, let's figure out what you plan on power delivrery,
a top end setup will have a lot less torque down low for trail purpose
riding, the top end pipe will work best with race jug porting as well, you'll need to screams the engine more and that i what i like to get and maybe is what you're planning to built.

yeah i know what you mean, but we rarely go mudding or anything, just dirt roads, and tight woods trails. I realize that a top end pipe probably wouldnt be my best choice. I was just htinking about the rcr stage 1 with the hpd pipe (midrange pipe) and then re-gearing for top end. Any other suggestions would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.
