reserve tank

i was wondering how far can you go on the 2005 tld predators reserve tank?

I think it's 6 miles.

that cant be true because i ran out of gas earlier tonite and i was able to putt putt with the choke on for only like 100 yards.........is there something wrong?

In the mannual it says 5-8 mile......I know I have went aleast 6 mile on mine.

Was the valve already on reserve when you ran out?

Yeah if you run out of gas you have to turn the valve to RESERVE to use the reserve gas. Its not automatic

ya i no........it was on the "on" position and then i twisted it to the "reserve" position and it only went about 100 yards
