Pred big bore HP?
maddog that's dyno run i ssuposedly hardrock motorsports....an normal big bore will be in the mid 50's to lower 60's but you can go ta little more wild from there just depends on the $$ flow you have available it also has alot to do with what you did to compensate the big bore.... like bigger carb, bigger valves, ported head, what compression you run, what type of cams.....there are alot of variables in this ...but just a bigbore you supposed to gain 5-7 hp

Pred big bore HP?
Thanks, the upper 50's to lower 60's was the answer I was looking for, just a ball park. I would really like to the see the valve train, compression, and carb/intake changes that yeild an extra 25 hp on the same bore though while still being naturally aspirated. You said it was from Hardrock motorsports, I read that on the dyno sheet but is that supposed to mean something?
Ernie is right, there is a noticeable dropoff and boost in the curve. Nitrous is my thinking, wonder how big of a shot? No big deal though, I got the basic info.

that dyno shows the pred running 11,000 rpms so their would be more mods then just the big bore kit. probably cams, springs, valves, port and who knows what else. I've heard that themost gotten from a pred motor is around 85 horse but that is a drag motor that's not made to last very long.
