Changed the oil about 3 times and it got better but not clean. I shot about a half can of PB blaster into the counter balance hole and then drained. Put new oil in and ran it for about 15 minutes. Drained oil and it looked new. I changed it again and will leave it sit overnight. Run it again tomorrow and drain it and then top it off with new and away I go. Thanks for all your help. I swear by PB blaster now.

check your radiator, is it loosing water? if yes ,then your water pump is leaking
water in the counter balancer area.
