Adjusting predator valves......

Default Adjusting predator valves......

About time for an adjustment id say, where to begin? My friend has no idea, either do I for the pred. What specs should they be at and can you guys give me a walkthrough on the process?

ok frist take valve cover off find tds the intake .0006 exhaust is .10 and between +/- .0019 if you need more info just reply I can walk you through it good luck!

Default Adjusting predator valves......


When do valves need adjustment, and how often?
Most 4-strokes its mainly the intake valves that need adjustment, same on a Pred??
Do you have to take anything else off to get the valve cover off or to get wrenches to the adjusters??

no adjusters the predator uses valve shims under a valve bucket you use a feller gauge and add or loos shems to get the right clearences. just th valve cove is all you need good luck!

Oh, so theres no adjustment? Its just adding or getting rid of shims?

you change the thickness of the shims
