We have two- his & hers ( I am only allowed to ride hers around the yard cuz I might get it dirty). They are very versatile machines. We do everything from riding dunes, trail rides, homemade motocross tracks, etc. They have been incredibly reliable with zero problems to date(15 mo. old). They are our first atv's and have been an absolute blast. My wife is happy with the power, but I'd like something a little zippier. Planning on some performance mods over the winter to keep me happy.
The price you were quoted is really good. The best I could do was $7000 cash for two, but they had just come out.
Riding is a great stress relief. Takes your mind off of work & your out in the boonies somewhere. I know it helps me alot even though i'm usually a little sore after riding, I've always got a big grin on my face!

Sorry, but I must agree with Sunny. I have a Lakota (stock) and my friend just got a TrailBoss(stock too). The Lakota has far more low end and a nicer top speed. I can out run him from start to finish in just about every terrain. Another plus for the Lakota is the steering is much lighter, so is the quad for that matter. I can launch my Lakota 5' in the air and land with no problem, the TB is so front end heavy he can only come up a little for fear of a serious nose dive. Don't get me wrong the TB is a nice machine, but the Lakota beats it out all around. Just my 2 cents

Not spina the sales man there sucks they mark there up to 3599 and came down to 3499. I picked up a copy of Indiana Auto-Rv there were 2 dealers that had very good prices. I think 1 was in kokomo
the other was on the other side of just over the boarder in Illinois off I70. I dont mine the drive for a good deal. I went to Schumaker on mon day nice guys but did not talk price yet. Rode the Sportsman 500 its a must have now. I will have to wait a little while to save more money.

That Indiana Auto RV has helped me in checking prices too. It is a lot easier to know if you are getting a good deal or not when you can see what a lot of different dealers are offering.
Where do you guys ride? I live close to Muncie, so I'm not that far from Indy or Ohio. We are always looking for new places to go.
