Brakes Squeak

Forget the tube stuff. I have found out a long time ago to use the anti squeal sticker. It is a sticker that is aluminum. It like in the picture from Dennis Kirk.com and you should be able get it at a auto parts store. Bevel the edges. It could help. Also get the pad hot by dragging the brakes to burn the oil off. The last thing is replacing them.

hey hardwood, yeah it is usually the rear brakes that make the noise or it is on mine at least. the rears are a never ending project to get to stop sqeaking, but i have found the technique of the water hose being sprayed in between the pads seems to help out the most...i don't know if there is a permanent fix though. PB500
