Default 05 TL Predator suspension set-up

Have the 05 TL Predator and would like to know if anyone has played with the suspension at all. I've got the frontend working great but the rear could use a little more help. I don't want to buy a after market shock, just get the stocker the best it can be. I weigh 205 with gear. I'm able to go through 12" to 18" whoops in 4th gear close to wide open but the bigger whoops are quite the adventure. I'm new to quads and also ride a 2004 YZ450F two wheeler. Am I expecting too much from the quad?

Anyone use the HMF slip on exhaust vs removing the stock spark arrestor and installing a billet tip? Any differance between the two?

Thanks

I got mine good. The only thing I did was turn the screw forward to make it soft then started to ride. Then I turn them back five clicks I think. Then I rode. Then I heard the rear shock pop back quick. Then I trun the screw by the sway arm clock wise to give it more slower time to pop back. That screw move a pin that open and closes something in the shocks.

The HMF is the only way to go!
