Default polaris customer satisfaction

I have submitted questions to Polaris useing the form on their web site, and I don't get a reply from them, I have had repeated breakage of the front drivetrain on my 04 1/2 600 Sportsman. When I called Polaris Service Support Center, they refered me to my Dealer. My dealer (Baehmann's 4 season recreation, Inc.) has been of little help, the last time they fixed it under " Warranty" they charged me for Labor. Any sugestions ?

Thats usually how it goes, Polaris pays for the parts and you pay for labor..I wouldn't be complaining!

Unless it's written into the warranty policy, I've never had a dealer (car, bike or quad) charge me labor under warranty. I've had to pay a deductable, usually about 50 bucks, but that was it. Is that the only dealer in your area? You may try calling another, and explain the problem and get their feedback. They may have a phone number that might help you out.

I've never heard of having to pay out of pocket for repairs that are done in warranty period. sounds like your dealer is a joke of a place to deal with, I would be finding another dealer to take my business to and also file a complaint with the dealer and to polaris.

I have never had to deal with Polaris directly but the dealer we bought our quads and trailer from will never get any more business from us. Once they have your money, all you get from them is the run around.
Stay away from California Custom Trailers in Sacramento.

You paid for labor while under warranty or was it a "goodwill" warranty after the factory one ran out? I would complain either way just because I like to.
