In most cases adjusting the idle does not fix the problem and the fix unfortunately is to replace the primary clutch. It comes down to a worn clutch assembly.
Until now nobody rebuilds these clutches so the only option is to buy a new assembly. I say until now because we are in the process of testing our rebuilt clutch, which we finished just a week ago. If the testing goes well and the clutch stands up to trail use we would consider producing rebuilds for sale. Is there a market for rebuilt clutches?</FONT>
