00 Trailboss stalling HELP!

00 Trailboss stalling HELP!
We were out riding my 2000 Trailboss and it just stalled going about 30mph. We cranked it over for awhile and it sounded like no spark, but five minutes later it started. We then rode it for 3 days and no problems, and it did it again. Anyone with simular problems or fixes?
Could it be fuel filter, spark plug, stater, or coil ?
