I don't know how much farther they can go. Here in Minnesota and ATV over 800cc is considered and ORV (Off Road Vehicle) and cant ride on ATV trail or be registered as an ATV. I don't know about other states, but I think 800cc is probaly the top for now. I hope they try to pass some bills in the state to bump it up to 900cc or even 1000cc. That would be reallly awesome.

If you're looking to translate that to pure speed, BRP claims the Outlander 800 has 28% more rear wheel speed (as measured by Matech Technologie Inc rear wheel dyno) than the Polaris, 25% more than the BruteForce, and 54% more than the King Quad. Any volunteers for some serious drag runs?
