If you're looking to translate that to pure speed, BRP claims the Outlander 800 has 28% more rear wheel speed (as measured by Matech Technologie Inc rear wheel dyno) than the Polaris, 25% more than the BruteForce, and 54% more than the King Quad
Liberty 800 motor makes 63 horsepower at the crank :/ i wouldnet doubt though that that rotax engine is a fine motor, i want to see what the exhaust set up is
I dont think the Sp800 is putting out 63hp's
it is... just so much of it is lost through the transmition

I have the Sp 800efi. I drove the kq and it seemed nice but for overall ride, power , storage, looks, efi, proven best 4x4 system and made in America kick *** I can't wait to ride this thing again week after week feel, I'd buy the Sp800. Try them all if you can in simalar bumpy muddy conditions. ( i know this is hard to do but It will only let you know which one you really like the best if you're on the fence) Everyone that has tried mine on our rides loves it and can't get over the ride and power.

The ZUKE is a nice work horse but I would throw it out too. I would go for the SP800, I have never ridden one but I have ridden a SP700 and its awesome. I'm sure theyre similar in a lot of ways. Then tack on a few more HP's and WOW.
I am glad you would throw the kawie out. That way, kawie doesn't have do deal with you. Get a life dude. I have not had any problems whatsoever with any of my kawies other than general maintainance.........1997 kawie 2510 mule, kawie 360prairie 4x4, kawie 700 prairie 4x4, kawie 750bf 4x4.......All of these machines are very good, and I personally would not throw any out. But some people think they know everything about everything.....so you go ahead and throw kawie out.

It would be a tough one. I would definately be deciding between the Kawi and the Polaris. The Polaris comes with a lot right out of the box (tires, storage, etc), but the BF has that mean V-twin, lighter weight and killer looks (Don't get me wrong, the Polaris is bada** looking too). The only problems I heard with the Brute are weak tie rod ends which can be replaced with better aftermarket 400ex tie rod ends. Many people say it's tippy as well, but once you add real tires and maybe some better shocks then the BF 750 is hands down my pick. Remember, the Brute Force 750 is an all new quad and you know how first year models always go. The Sportsman 700 (basically the same as 800) had its share of problems its first year out. Wait for the '06 models and then make your choice. If the '06 models don't impress you any more than the '05 models then you can always get a better deal on an '05.

Get the Outlander. When Bombardier and Rotax put their minds to it, they kill the competion. Look what they did to Poo's once massive control of the sled market. And Sea-Doo put Poo out of the watercraft business. If I were looking for a new big bore, I wouldn't hesitate to get the Outlander.

No way a stock Poo800 is 63hp. Visit Aaen Peromance for a Dyno sheet (at the crank). PVT tranny's loose about 30% to the rear wheels.

AAEN PERORMANCE

Quote:
"The new Fuel injected Polaris Sportsman 800 presented a new challenge when we considered developing a new exhaust system. In stock form the Polaris Sportsman 800 engine provides a respectable 54.8 HP at 6000 RPM, but the power dips very sharply behind the peak to only 45.2 HP at 6200 RPM. Maximum torque is 51.8 lb/ft at 4800 RPM."

That's about 39hp at the rear wheels.
