Polaris Xplorer 250 4x4 Problemo!
Well, again I do need some advice from you guys. I have a Polaris Xplorer 250 4x4, and I noticed the plastic, maybe vinyl covering above the key and neutral and reverse lights. Am I able to buy a spedometer for that? Also, I notcied (which I made a post about this before, and need more adivce here) my fan has not kicked on since I got the thing. I am willing to by a new sensor, but do not want a button because I don't accidently want to leave the fan running all night, if you know what I mean. My buddies Kawi Prairie 360's radiator kicks on after every ride (which we ride pretty hard) and my fan NEVER goes on? We checked all the wiring diagrams, and checked for continuity. Perfect. Whats a matter?
Also, my buddy, olemanmoses, (on the kawi forum, you might know him) his fuel line had a cut in it! I pulled out my tools out of my little storage box in the back, and a nig hole was melted through! What the hell! Any ideas on how to repair melted plastic? Its not a big hole, but enought to fit a whole screwdriver through!
If anyone can give me any feedback on their Xplorer mods, and any fan troubles or successes, please let me know.
Thanks again for all your help guys!

your melted plastic issue can be fixed in a few ways. If is a smaller hole get some black rtv from the autoparts store and squirt a little on and around the hole. Let it dry and your good to go. If the hole is bigger then cut some plastic off an oil bottle or something similar and use epoxy or rtv to glue the patch on. Make sure if you use an oil bottle that you clean all the oil off.
