I like rock crawling with my quad and found the composite floorboards chip or break completely. I chipped up the right side and broke the left side last ride so I built some floorboards out of steel. These were made from left over step material, checker plate and round stock. You can view the boards by clicking the link. I hope this helps others that break their floorboards and don't want to buy the expensive polaris replacements. If you have any fabrication skills it is not a difficult project, only time consuming.
