Default i am pissed!!!

I got my HSP exhaust this morning...i put them on this afternoon without a problem, took me about 20 min...For some reason HSP did not put a set of jets along with the pipe and i had to go to the dealer...HSP recommand a 160 main and 42.5 pilot if i remember right. The dealer had the pilot but not the 160 main...I ended up with a 162.5 main which is pretty close...So all left to do is change the jets and put the needle clip to the 4 nutch. No big deal i said to myself... WRONGGGGGGG!!!First of all getting to the carb is a real pain,it took me an hour and a half to get the carb out of there. The main jet and needle clip was change was easy enought so i tought it would be for the pilot...WROOONNNGGGG!!!Theres 2 bolts you need to remove under the carb to acces to the pilot and they dont want to come off.I tryed everything and ended up with 2 stripped bolts.I dont have a clue why they were so tight, the other side was tight but not that bad.Now i reassembled everything back together and i took it for a 5 min run since i wasnt sure if it would hurt somethings.I like the sound of the pipe and it seems to improve midrange...What should i do?How can i expect getting these bolts out?It is safe to run it with the stock pilot?

i need helph fast

PS:sorry for bad english im a french canadian

Sorry to say but thats why most dont like HSP. They never get things right the first time. HPD ,RCR and AAEN are the best to go with. What is the stock jet in your carb?

Try needle nose vise grips on the bolts, that worked for me on my Predator.

I really dont think 1 half a jet size is going to make a difference. Also I think the main jet is supposed to be a 200 and the pilot is 35. What year xplo is it?

Well in that case you will be fine with the stock jet. You wont notice nearly as much as you would on a 2 stroke and you wont hurt it like you would a 2 stroke. You will just lose some top end.

Are you talking about the 4 bolts at the bottom of the float bowl? Like kmoney said use small vise grips. Works everytime for me.
