even though you arn't supposed to be riding on the road, that was a pretty STUPID response from your Dealer. they could try balancing your rims or at least show SOME effort to solve your problem.

i hate lazy, stupid Dealers! they don't deserve any business....or a good franchise like Polaris!

Ok I know this is an old post but am glad to see someone else with this problem..I have 2 05 SP 500s and it is my wifes machine that does it..Is what I have noticed is it gets wheel hop in the front at about 40mph..The dealer here replaced both front tires and rims..Didn't help..Tried swaping tires from mine to hers, didn't change a thing and mine still rode smooth with her tires and rims..Now while it isn't a bad vibration like mypalotis has, hers just doesn't ride as smooth as mine..Was told by the dealer that these machines are not ment to ride as smooth as a car and there was nothing else they could do..Call Polaris and they said to try another dealer..This would be 2 hours one way, I don't think so..This problem was notice after we had the machine about 5 months because we rarely ride on paved roads even though they are both street legal..The warr. is now up and if the problem gets worse we will just trade it in on a new one I guess..My ? is since this thing has a wheel hop could the strut or spring be the problem?..I am putting heavier springs on mine due the winch and plow so I may put mine old springs on her to see if this fixes the problem..
