Polaris uses Mikuni carburetors. Sudco will have anything you need.

Why do you need all the jets? You can get jets at your local atv or Polaris shop for about $1-2 a piece.

the Air/fuel meter will be very hard to find cheap. The cheap ones that you see use a narrow band O2 sensor and a simple led readout or even a gauge with rich stoich lean. The problem is that these are designed for 4 cycle engines with stoich being 14.7:1 and the stoich for 2 cycles is 12:1 so when your engine is running in a stoichiometric state the A/F meter would read rich. You need an A/F meter with a digital readout and a wide band O2 sensor so you can tune to the 12:1 ratio. There are several out there but they are very expensive. You can build your own but it is somewhat complicated. You can search the web for DIY air/fuel meter and find some resources if you want to do it yourself. The cheapest A/F meter that I have found with a digital readout is 300-400 dollars. You may want to look into an exhaust gas temp gauge. With the EGT gauge you can tune the engine also but it is not as accurate as an A/F meter.
