Everybody needs a new toy - this is too cool!
I contemplated posting this in a broader forum, but decided only the Nuthouse forum is worthy of such enjoyment.

WOW, fun to watch. That thing has some crazy power to weight ratio!!!!!!! To go straight up the thrust has to match or be greater than the weight!!! That thing is SUPER light and it puts out enormous power!!!! I bet it's not a 4 stroke in there!!!!
Now, would I like to ride my V or fly one of those? Ride my V or course!!!!!!!

As a model airplane pilot I can tell you a few things about this.
It's very expensive. The boat/plane itself could be built for very cheap but the electronics and the brushless motor and controller would be about 500 bucks. Then of course you need a radio. 300-1200.
Flying something like this would be very difficult unless you are an advanced pilot.
It is a sweet idea and does look like it would be great fun.
I've been flying about 4 years now and I'm sure if I even tried to fly one of these I'd crash right away. But then again I'm a ding dong
