I run Torco GP7 at 40:1

40 parts gas to 1 part oil.

3.2 ozs of oil to 1 gallon of gas.

50:1 = 2.56 ozs of oil to 1 gallon of gas.

BellRAY H1R at 36:1 or 40:1 I have used that for years now and have never had any problems do to the oil.As a matter of fact,my 400 scrammy has a HPD race kit on it , I beat the crap out of it and after a year and 500 hrs I changed the rings and I didn't have to.The oil keeps the engine clean.

im gonna order a measuring cup from dennis kirk with all the pre mix ratios and stuff so that will work good. but i think im gonna get some of that belray H1R oil but then next to it see synthetic MC1 oil. synthetic oil would be better right"? and how much should i order like 2 bottles of 13 ounces? im not sure how long it will last sence this is my first time mixing gas and oil besides my weed eater. thanks jeff

Basically 16 ozs of oil will make 5 gals of gas at 40:1.

The ratio rite cups are great, Ive been using one for over 20 years.

Belray mc1 is a good oil.

they do run best at anywhere from 40:1 to 50:1,richer or leaner
doesn't worth the extra time and money, yes any synthetic blend will work
just a regular stuff will do best to keep wash down,i run klotz
and get perfect pistons wash for the jetting i have.

I've been running amsoil synthetic for 3 years at 50:1 with no problems whatsoever. Runs clean with hardly any smoke at all.
