Default 12" wheels and 10" wheels

My 97 Sportsman 500 came with 10" rear wheels, I want to change them to 12" wheels like the newer Sportsmans, what are the ill effects of this and is it possible.

yes you can change them and as long as you keep the same size tire there should be no power loss. if u go a size or 2 bigger on your tires then you will notice a power loss
