The 414 cc kit is really a good conversion . There is so much room to do the work on the 325 engine it is extremely safe. Many times on bigbore kits sleeve thickness, head gasket width , and stud room can get to a point of being *risky*. The Polaris 325 when converted to 414cc has none of these issues . Combining these features with a custom JE piston leave you with a very reliable power upgrade . I even have room to go to a 426cc if there is any call for it in the future .
