i put the green spring in today and love it my dealer had it in stock 24.00 and i put a new belt on a gates with kevlar it took 15 minutes no problem thanks guys......

how much of the low end crawling ability do you lose? and what are the effects of the green spring and the aaen blue?

you can try running a spring shim if you want a bit more spring pressure. you can get them from bike bandit or your dealer.

Its basically a large washer that goes between the clutch and the spring.

sorry, also, since i only ordered a white, should i change the setting of the secondary or just leave it? would changing it make a difference?

to make things easier: put the spring in and leave it at that. ride it around a bit, if you dont like it you can tinker with it if you want. just use a little trial and error, it will be a lot faster.

i put in the white primary. i like it. i can do better wheelies and it seems like a little more acceleration. i just dont like how i dont move until i rev that sucker way up.

the stall (reving up before engagement) is pretty much inevitable with a tuned out belt drive. You will find that you get used to it pretty quick.
