Man! seems like you fellows need to see my dealer. I had problems with my predator after warranty was out, and my dealer still got polaris to fix it. But never had any probs with my sportsmans

seems like Polaris DEALERS really suck in general. they don't seem to care about their PRODUCT or their CUSTOMER or they would be doing a proper PDI on the ATV and giving good service.
maybe Polaris should focus on new Dealers instead of new MODELS!

I agree with the dealers being the problem. Not polaris. In my experiance if its warranty work dealers dont have a problem because they get paid for the fix and if its just over warranty the dealers wont do it if they cant get reimbursed for there work by someone. There in a business to make money, remeber that. A good dealer will fight with polaris and have them make the repairs and the dealer who dont care or dont want to spend the time will say sorry out of warranty its your pocket now. If its a new quad just out of warranty and Polaris wont cover it you should at least get the dealer to give you the parts at cost and a break on labor for it. I know everytime I go to get parts at my dealer they tell me some outrageous price and i start complaining and they immediatley take at least 25% off. I think the onwers may need to stand up to the dealers a little more.

Spyder, what did the dealer say he would do about the existing wheels alrerady on if they are changing them? Pol800efi, put the crack pipe down and go for a drive. Keep drivin till you get a clue. Take a freight boat if you get to the U.S. border and just keep goin till you find one.

dont know, didnt ask him, but i suppose polaris would mention when the 06's would come out as a recall or something, however, the problem isnt possibly fatal so i donno if they have to post it as a recall, thankfully for me my wheels were machined correctly and mine was shipped with the correct side panel as well

furthermore, considering the issues, good-will is in order as well. maybe extend his warranty 6 months.
what do you all think a GOOD company should do?

My opinion is that bionic is just a cry baby and gets what he deserves,if he even remotely speaks to his dealer the way he has spoken to a few on this forum I wouldn't break a sweat helping him either.
I have a great relationship with my dealer because we are civil to each other. I have 980 miles on my 800 and it running like a top. the only repairs I have done we're things I broke, yes my cargo holds are leaking but so do all my buddies who ride other brands plus it's a great place to keep my slings which are wet all the time anyway, yes it's a little warm by my right leg but my plastics not melting.
as for flats I ride in the rocky mountains and have yet to get one and hope I don't but thats quading.Taking these things to the limit is why I started quading to begin with. It's not uncommon for someone to make repairs on the trail or worse towed home.I'm just glad My buddies and I don't have to put up with whiners like yourself then again you wouldn't be invited.

Bionic, Take some advise from the last post! If you came into my shop spouting off like you have here, I would just tell you to go somewhere else recomending that you change your attitude before you run ot of options! I know you like your 800EFI and are upset about a few things, But come on! My rear cargo box has light coming through it
My rims are causing slits in the sidewalls (Place your head where you're getting the "warm spot on your leg") Are you 15 years old? Your acting like it!!! Silicone your rear box up as most of us have. Grind down your rims to solve the problem If you are incapable of these steps send me the machine and I will do it for you. WHINER!!!! You have placed alot of good information in here before but now your just rambling as if youwant people to feel sorry for you or you want to make a point not to buy Polaris

Bionic has legitimate reasons to be angered. All of you would be angry if you had the same issues. The problem with many of you on here is that you become blindly brand loyal and your ego's won't let you say anything negative about the brand you chose.
