try www.jetsrus.com for your main and pilot jets, they carry genuine mikuni for 700 twin.

Thanks Zippy. I just read the FAQ's on the site. I do have a jet kit and i am going to get the instructions right now to see what they say. I have a 800 header and a white brothers pure polaris muffler. I will have to play around to see which jet works the best! Thanks for the site!

Sport700 keep use posted on what you end up with on the jetting, i will pretty much have the same setup as you on my 2002 700.

I think i'm going to get the Dyno jet kit.

Jimmypsp700 I will def. let you know what I end up doing with the Jetting. I will hopefully be getting the ATV back next week and I will play with the jetting as soon as i get it home! I will also inform everyone what it is going to take to stop this water pump leak!!

Fyi guys you can save 40-50 dollars if you just buy different jets. I would suggest by just changing th emain fo rnow probably go with a 162.5 if you have just a k&n with th epipe or a 175 if you have opened up the intake at all. We sell th amin retail all day long for only $ 4.

So the dyno jet kits have no better affect than just changing to the correct jets, i know they come with a variety of mains, a needle, a clip and slide spring.

I did wideband readings last weekend with an 800 header, 800 air intake, FMF Powerline silencer and a 3.5 degree advance (offset key). I'd put at least a 165 main jet in it based on my readings.

Thanks for the insight Oleman. Also wanted to let everyone know I still did NOT get back my ATV. They claim there were grooves and knicks in the coolant housing that are causing these cronic leaks. So I'm talking over $400. If i had the proper tools to put in the Water Pump Seal i would do it myself! But being i do not and previously failed at attempting to make one, I am forced to pay the money. Also, now do to time restraints i will not be getting my ATV back until after I go back to school for football. So unfortunately I will not be able to get to the rejetting until after i return home after football, which is not until mid november. Needless to say I am NOT happy, but what can you do! Best of luck guys, thanks for all the info. and when i finally get to the re-jetting, I will post!
