450 "Dinli DMX?"
Have you guys seen this quad in the Sept issue of Dirtwheels? Its a Taiwaneese sport quad. Its a 450 and weighs like 485 pounds......haha! Personally, I think its most likely junk but the reason I'm bringing it up in the Polaris forum is the motor they put in it. Its a 448cc DOHC motor built by Fuji of Japan. Its based on the same motor as the Preddy but puts out 48hp compared to the Preddys 42hp.
Now, I realize that Polaris has made some major changes for 06, primarily the new Outlaw but I would have really loved to see this motor in a new lighter edition Preddy 450. I think that would have been an awesome move on Polarises behalf to attack the 450s that are already out and coming.
Oh well, just thinking outloud. Maybe next year?................
